We all love a bit of leopard right? Whilst it was certainly showing in the other cities but I’m happy to shine the spotlight on the timeless animal pattern seen in Paris. Mainly found on jackets and coats it was also spotted on accessories and shirting. It’s time that men get to enjoy the playfulness of leopard without it being associated with 1940's gangsters and fur obsessions. Leopard is now easy.
Celine have used leopard in this uniquely textured woven jacquard, single breasted coat revamping the 60’s skinny leg look. Taking it through to a more punk rock aesthetic in fur on the right teamed with leather pants and red check scarf.
The ever so innovative Dior delivers a more abstract version of leopard in a textured velvet bomber with accessible appeal. Fuzzy knits have showed up on the runways across all of the city’s; here, Dior have updated the spotted pattern with a dripping paint look on this wonderful knit jumper.
Sacai go all out leopard dressing top to toe. Leopard fur boardies, leopard and floral patchwork scarves and cleverly branded leopard print silks and cottons make up jackets, trousers and dresses.
